A 22-year-old Cal Poly student stepped out of her shower Monday evening and found a man in her apartment who tried to sexually assault her, according to the San Luis Obispo Police Department.
The suspect, whom the victim did not know, fled before raping the woman, police said. The victim did not suffer any injuries.
The woman described the suspect as a light-skinned black or Hispanic man in his mid to late 20s. He was about 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, with an average build and possibly a shaved head, the victim said.
The suspect wore a white plaid shirt, black leather style jacket, black ski gloves and blue jeans with tan stitching. He had white Converse shoes on his feet.
Anyone who has information about the crime is asked to contact the police department or Crime Stoppers. San Luis Obispo police are also instructing residents to lock and secure their windows and doors and to report suspicious activity in their neighborhoods.

Better hope that San Luis Obispo Police Detective Chad Pfarr does not get this case, as he does not believe Students or woman get raped, assaulted or remember he believes they make this stuff up.
I believe her, and do not know her but SLOPD will likely drop this one as well, hope a real honest, ethical, detective will get the case and not SGT. Chad Pfarr
