Firefighters rescued a woman who was stuck on a cliff Thursday at Pirate’s Cove.

At about 3:30 p.m., firefighters used a rope to lower the woman off a cliff west of Cave Landing. After the woman was lowered to the beach, rescue swimmers on paddleboards transported her to a boat waiting in the water.

The woman reached shore safely. She reportedly emerged from the ordeal uninjured.
