Atascadero apartment fire displaces three residents

A fire broke out in a two-unit apartment building in Atascadero Wednesday afternoon, resulting in the structure being tagged and three residents being displaced.

Atascadero council approves downtown mixed use project

The Atascadero City Council unanimously approved a mixed used project last week that planners say will be a catalyst for development in the downtown area.
