Body found on Pismo Beach identified as missing Grover Beach teen

The Pismo Beach Police Department has identified 18-year-old William Casper Jr. as the man whose body was found lying on the beach on Wednesday.

Casper, of Grover Beach, had been missing since early December. He was last seen in north Grover Beach on Dec. 9 and was reported missing shortly afterwards by his mother. Read More …
