SLO establishes seven zones for pot businesses

The city of San Luis Obispo is eying seven different areas to possibly place marijuana businesses, which would include a total of three brick and mortar pot shops.

Arroyo Grande opens up to medical marijuana delivery services

The Arroyo Grande City Council repealed a disputed regulation on Tuesday that required marijuana delivery services to have a physical location — that had to be outside the South County city — in order to deliver to customers with its jurisdiction.
